As part of our rapid growth, we are looking to strengthen our digital solutions and applications creation division for key accounts and startups. We are looking for Project Delivery Deputy Managers, able to intervene in customer relations, understanding business issues, project management and team leadership.
Your missions
Your missions
- Contribute, in collaboration with our associates, to animating the client relationship, in particular with regard to the detailed understanding of business issues, during the project phases as well as in the pre-sales phases
- Manage, in collaboration with our Tech Leads, multi-disciplinary project teams, to ensure that the functional needs are matched with the implemented technical solutions and that the projects are carried out under the right conditions (quality, team commitment, planning and risk management)
- To help our teams grow, by encouraging dialogue and the assumption of responsibilities, by promoting agile values, with a high level of technical and scientific requirements
Your profile
Your profile
- You have the ability to quickly grasp varied and sometimes complex business issues
- You have worked on projects in an Agile & Devops environment and have a good vision of the main technological bricks and methods involved
- You have the will to learn, in order to evolve towards the functions of Project Delivery Manager, Project Director or Management of teams in autonomy
- You have a good understanding of scientific and technical reasoning and will be able to interact with our Tech, Data and Web3 experts
- You encourage dialogue and collaboration and are willing to help our teams grow
- You have good writing skills
- You can participate in meetings or conduct work in English
